Make up minimalist.

We have to face it. One of a woman's most time consuming "regimens" is putting on make up. No matter what we do, or where we go, we always want to look our best. The thing is, for the metropolitan lady, we never have enough time! So aside from powder, here are the three things that can make you up enough to survive the day! I've got a plus for those budget-cutters out there, because fashion doesn't ALWAYS need to be expensive.

EYELINER- They're the only thing you'll need for your eyes. Forget the eyeshadow, if you're running late. The eyeliner can really make your eyes pop, and you'll be surprised
how less is more when it comes to eye make up. Make sure you put enough-not too much!- on both your lower and upper lid.

ELIANTO's gel eyeliner is perfect for the first timer. Eyeliner becomes very daunting for first time users, and the gel eyeliner, together with elianto's eyeliner brush makes it more controllable, especially against liquid eyeliner.

BODY SHOP's liquid eyeliner defines your eyes to a point that they'll surely be noticed. The not-so-fine liner brush allows you to create a fuller line on your upper lid so the line isn't so thin and harsh. Perfect to highlight your eye shape!

EVER BILENA's Pencil liner is perfect for us, budget conscious students. Selling at approximately Php70, with this eyeliner, it does a wonderful job on both your lower and upper lids. It's also less messy than using a liquid liner, for one thing!

BLUSH ON- We put make up so we don't look pale and flushed out. Put on a little blush for some color, and you're definitely set!BOBBI BROWN's Lip and Cheek rouge is currently my best friend. It gives you just enough color, and it's perfect shade shows well even for women who have darker skin. It isn't dry either, and isn't flaky, and there is no worry of fallout. All you need are your fingers!

BODY SHOP's lip and cheek stain is better as a cheek stain than lip color, since, at least for me, it dries up my lips. As a cheek tint though, it works perfectly well! No need for our bulky blush brushes (the small ones NEVER do a good job), it's also perfect to carry around!

As usual, budget cutter's best friend is EVER BILENA's lip and cheek stain. At a definitely more pocket friendly price of Php120, they have shades for our mestizas and morenas. Remember: pinks for mestizas, orange and earth tones for us morenas :)

LIPGLOSS- No one likes dry looking lips. Other than our lip balm, giving our lips and extra shine. It also perfectly frames our perfect smile!
SMASHBOX, available for the Filipino woman in the Beauty Bar, provides us with good shades of lipgloss, matching any skin color. They don't taste horrible either! (face it. we hate lip gloss for it's taste at times... eck!) Being tinted, it also provides us with a little more color, whether we want a wild pink or a neutral, natural look.

CARELINE extra shine lip gloss gives us the shine that we need. Whether it be tinted or not, it will never fail to highlight your Angelina Jolie assets! And the good news... it's pocket friendly! Find it in any of your drugstores and department stores.

Make up can be fun, but the time it eats up makes it a little more stressful than it really is. With these three items, you're sure to make it through the day perfectly, blooming, just the way you want it. :)
